Great experience. Instead of forcing 30 products down your throat while you are vulnerable, they took the time to explain everything and the prices. Let me know which things I could get by without and didn't just assume I was ok with $300 in extra food and other things. It was nice to be in a place that seemed only concerned with treating your pets, and not in pushing you into high pressure sales. All the staff has been amazing.
