Here's a conversation I had with them. Me-"hey do you take new clients?" Vet-"no, but you can come in after hours and if we deem it an emergency you can get your animal treatmed" Me-"does'nt after hours cost more already?" Vet- "muhahaha yes, exactly!" *slightly dramatized but still pretty much the sum of it* Offers no monthly payment plan to soften the blow of a major payment

Rudely dismissed by the brunette receptionist. My husband was merely inquiring, as we need a vet, and he (who is a very kind and polite person) was rudely dismissed and sent on his way while mid sentence. I only gave one star because you have to give a star in order to give a review.

Idk what it’s like now but when I was there with one of my dogs , I left with a very sour taste in my mouth . I innocently asked young or old about a dog put down just making conversation and got we can’t say . Yeah ok , whatever , I didn’t ask name or family name . I have no plans to return. Instead of saying , I’m sorry due to privacy of owner , and rule of vet, we cannot disclose even as small detail . CS sucked .

I’m appalled by the arrogance of the receptionist, I was a potential client that never made it to the building. I gave information and just requested to know if this was an urgent matter, and was told there’s nothing she can do, she wouldn’t answer over the phone even when I elaborated the distance I would have to drive just to obtain the knowledge to see if it were an urgent manner. I wasn’t requesting free advice I just wanted to know whether this was a life threatening situation for my fur baby. Talk about lack of empathy... read more
