After 29 Years as a Client I have been dropped over no fault of my own . I had been disabled and was fighting for my disability moneys and couldnt bring my dog in for 2 years so they dropped me. Had to give up getting her nails done there because the cost went up tp 35.00 for a 5PD dog !! Found I groomer who could do it for 10. Now I am penalized because of that ?They care more about their profit than then do clients, I also spent 150$ on cat food each month for 10 years !! Shame on you !!!

Receptionist yelled at me over the phone for inquiring about an emergency visit during regular business hours. I was told it was my own problem having an emergency and nobody on the island is set up for emergency visits. They seem majorly understaffed and unable to have a human conversation. I was told to drive back to St. John's which is 7 hours away.

Over the past months we have had 2 pets visit here and we have been treated very well. Unfortunately we lost one of our pets, we were treated with care and compassion during her last days with us. All employees were knowledgeable and cared for their patients.

Here's a conversation I had with them. Me-"hey do you take new clients?" Vet-"no, but you can come in after hours and if we deem it an emergency you can get your animal treatmed" Me-"does'nt after hours cost more already?" Vet- "muhahaha yes, exactly!" *slightly dramatized but still pretty much the sum of it* Offers no monthly payment plan to soften the blow of a major payment

Rudely dismissed by the brunette receptionist. My husband was merely inquiring, as we need a vet, and he (who is a very kind and polite person) was rudely dismissed and sent on his way while mid sentence. I only gave one star because you have to give a star in order to give a review.
