They are amazing.. professional and extremely kind!!
The doctors seem to be okay, but their groomers are horrible! I've taken four different dogs there to be groomed and only one time they did a passable job on one of the dogs. They cut the dogs like they are just learning how to do it, but haven't figured out what to do yet. I will not be taking any pets back there to be groomed.
We took my dog in who was not willing to eat or when he did was throwing up notifying them that we thought maybe he had an obstruction. Upon review they said he had a kidney infection and pumped him full of fluid and antibiotics before we took him home a few days later. Sad to say they missed the much bigger problem. We went to a different bet for a second opinion and when they did an x-ray they found that he had a cancerous mass the size of a small melon in his stomach along with smaller ones in his lungs. I called to ask a question about my dog and the lady was rude and said “maybe your dog doesn’t wanna live with you” I wanted answers not snark remarks
Staff aways the best. Dr. Jessica always nice and well knowledgeable.
