I couldn’t have asked for more of a blessing. We brought our Dogs down from Massachusetts and was referred to this clinic by our sellers. The veterinarian and staff her , including socks, were incredibly supportive and helpful. We would be glad to continue patronage and plan to include our large animals when we acquire them.
The dr was so rude to me when I took my animal down there. When I first got there I told the lady at the front I didn’t have any money at the time I just wanted to see what was wrong with my kitten & she gone tell me don’t ever do that to her again she gone pay for my visit. Her attitude was horrible and she don’t have good customer service r the right attitude to be a damn dr.. I’m not letting this go I will be calling someone over her cause she was so wrong and I don’t appreciate the way she talked to me.. so damn rude
I am visiting my parents from out of town and my dog was bitten by a tick. I removed the tick, but the head stayed embedded. It began to get infected so I called Animal Health Center to see if I could get an appt to get the head removed. They saw him right away and were wonderful! I highly recommend this caring vet practice!
Edit this was about 3 years ago with old owners. Left 4 pieces of gauze in a dog during a spay, which resulted in her spleen needing to be removed. They have very affordable prices and are usually able to get an appointment date quickly. I would highly not recommend using them for anything besides a vaccine. They did cover all her costs that resulted from the gauze being left in her. She had several vet visits and an unnecessary surgery. One of which her spleen was removed because her spleen grew around trying to heal.
I love this place, they do get busy, so have patience. they actually care
