Loved our experience. Elleven took shots etc because they were so gentle with her. Excellent!
This kennel was recommended by another place. I gave them specific instructions on what was needed. They admitted that they kept her in her wheelchair the whole time. When I picked her up I asked how they expressed her bladder. They happily smiled that they didnt need to. She went on her own. Which means her bladder got to the point that it was so full it started leaking. I immediately took her out and expressed her gland and she released a full bladder full.
Actually visited JoJos groomer. Ive been looking for a good groomer in town who was clean, gentle and responsive. So far so good. Doodle cuts can be tricky. Got a little close in a couple places but dog is wiggly until she knows the people. Otherwise looks good and was timely. No scabs and she was happy, no evidence of trauma like we've suffered with another groomer in town . I like the fact that you can see into all the spaces and watch joyous team work. Well disclaimer- they don’t treat birds… BUT, during an emergency after hours situation, I was stuck with either paying over $1000 for an emergency visit in Fort Collins, or calling every vet in Laramie for help getting antibiotics to treat a wound on my cockatiel. The on call emergency vets and the Animal Health Center quickly did the research and determined they had the medication my cockatiel needed. They got him in immediately and sent me home with everything I need. Thank you so much for helping my little guy!
Price grew 15% between the price given when I made an appointment and when dropping off then grew again by 30% more as they were wheeling in to the operating table and I got a phone call upping the price leaving me paying 30-40% more than what I was told was the absolute maximum it could end up being. It’s sad they think they need to use slimy bait and switch tactics to wring out every last bit once you’re down there and they have you bent over a barrel. Won’t be back.
