I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
