They take great care of our puppy! The best is that they take the time to talk and listen!
Completely useless for emergency services. I'm on the island with my diabetic dog whose Freestyle Libre was malfunctioning. While not life or death in the moment, this is an emergency because we're in the middle of adjusting his insulin dose, and right before it malfunctioned, his sugar went down by 100 overnight. All I needed was a vet tech to reapply the Libre and maybe do a spot BG. We want to give a very heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ross and the entire veterinary team for their kindness and compassion. Our beautiful Lucy girl was in kidney failure and unfortunately took a turn for the worse while we were visiting family. Dr. Ross saw her the same day I called, treated her, and helped her feel better for the days we were there.
