Kind, considerate, wise, and thoughtful. Took the time to understand my pet and come up with a reasonable plan. Both the veteran and tech assistant are top notch. We feel very cared for and appreciative. Our pets are definitely safe in their care

Completely useless for emergency services. I'm on the island with my diabetic dog whose Freestyle Libre was malfunctioning. While not life or death in the moment, this is an emergency because we're in the middle of adjusting his insulin dose, and right before it malfunctioned, his sugar went down by 100 overnight. All I needed was a vet tech to reapply the Libre and maybe do a spot BG. His readings have been all over the place, and we're trying to prevent another diabetic emergency, of which has already had a couple of this ... read more
