Lost my cat during critical treatment, went to great extent to explain situation. Barn cat knows no one else easily scared, & I'm more than willing & past veterinarian asst experience, I can help with care & treatment. Cat was prime of life, healthy, 6 yrs old, but exhibiting 2 days symptom urinary blockage. We had been using this vet clinic for years now, and until recently got great care and service. However, our dog, Ferguson, past away on June 19, 2022. We had taken him in on the 17 of June because he was not doing well. They treated him for an infection, gave him meds, sent us home. On the 18 of June we brought him in again because he started to vomit. Going to AHA was not a good experience for us. Aside from the Vet techs who were professional, our experience was not patient oriented. The front desk person I met was extremely rude and judgmental. I had to use interpersonal therapy skills to interact with this person and I felt we couldn't be honest with what we needed. On top of that our doctor seemed out of it and not present.
