Animal Haven is a truly wonderful and compassionate clinic. Our cat passed away this morning, and they made time for us right away to say goodbye and discuss cremation plans. Every interaction we’ve had with the staff has been positive and caring. We are so grateful for their kindness during this difficult time. Thank you, Animal Haven, for all that you do.
Their negligence lead to the death of my sister's dog. We brought Nala in Thursday, 9/19 explaining she wasn't eating and puking. They gave her fluids said she was dehydrated but x-rays showed nothing in her stomach. We brought her back in Friday cause she was worse, they took x-rays ahain and told her that they thought there was a blockage in her intestines due to seeing gas build-up but it was to close to 5pm to do a scope down her throat, cause that would take about 2 hours so they sent Nala home. I have always seen how great the team is here with my dog, but it wasn't until I moved away and had to go to a new clinic, then it set in... I miss this clinic! They are so kind and gentle with my dog, they don't man handle him in the exam room, they talk to him calmly and treat him with respect. Dr. Klatt is absolutely amazing and I wish I could take her to Virginia with us haha. Thank you to everyone here, you truly are the BEST!!!
