I moved to Avon in April and called Animal General in July to make an appointment for my new dog. My son had already taken his cat. I made an appointment for October but they canceled almost three weeks later leaving me lost.
Place has fallen apart since primary Doctor retired.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about the care our senior dog Grover received at Animal General, especially from Dr. Haley Guhn-Knight. Dr. Haley was compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly listened to all of our concerns. She always took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand and made sure we felt informed every step of the way.
