Dr. Friedman is a coldhearted little prick ! Phony as they come !
Dr. Freedman, the owner, is a greedy, heartless monster. After having spent thousands of dollars there, and even several hundred already this month, I asked if I could sign a waiver to pay him in 2 weeks because my cat needed more bloodwork, and times are tight. He said NO. No discussion - just "NO"!. I told his assistant Alex that I would leave him a review online regarding his unconscionable "decision" and I would try to borrow the money. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a vet 💜 very caring professional staff, was very informative and gave me a summary of how much treatment was before anything. Really appreciate them. My cat, Max, is hopefully on the road to recovery ☺️

Good service and doctor was very knowledgeable
The staff at animal general are excellent and caring. I brought my cat in for an annual physical, and Dr. May was amazing! She answered all my questions and was very welcoming. I have also brought my rescued dog multiple times due to allergies and other issues; The vets that have seen him (Dr. Ng, Dr. Freedman, & Dr. Lang) have all been amazing and thorough. Especially Dr. Lang, who answered all my questions and even called the next day to check up on my dog and make sure he was doing okay.
We LOVE everyone there. We LOVE Dr. Tierney! He always gets us out very rough spots!
