Very rude and condescending tone. Refused to give me a refill on medications. I expressed that I didn’t feel the current medications were working & I wasn’t given any other options or provided any educational tips. I spent $127 on a 5 minute appointment. Scam.
Called as new patient. Websites says they take new patients. Receptionist said booked out over 2 months. I explained that we need to see someone sooner if possible. The receptionist said — thank you for calling and hung up.
Wow. Just wow. Was evaluated by them and diagnostics run for our dog with chronic ear infections to the tune of over $400 (just for an eval).allergy testing was an additional $400 and change. This was done only 6 months ago. Called again to try and get in because our vet said he needs a video otoscopy and there is "nothing" else she can do. Super friendly staff, very clean and organized rooms, and they communicated well, offered options, and listened to concerns. They are very easy to communicate with and offer multiple options, as well as helping figure out which treatments to try first. I will be bringing my cat back here for as long as they are around :)
Not a trustworthy practice. Very disappointing and heartbreaking experience. My cat had a large open wound that needed to be stitched closed. After two different vet consultations, both referred us here thinking that a dermatologist would do so. Unfortunately, that did not happen.
