My opinion: just as a business choice, A call center? Why? They use a call center to book appts and answer phones. No patient likes that, I assure you. I was so turned off by it I decided not to use them as a vet. Bring back old school medicine where a person who’s actually at the place answers. No one wants corporate business first policies for their pets health care.
Our family is so grateful for your extended hours on Friday. We only had to travel a few miles for life threatening emergency care for our dog. I can’t tell you how much your care meant to us tonight. Thank you
