The professionalism and courtesy shown by my recent visit is among the best I have ever received. Dr. Simone Schechtmann was through in the examination of my dog and explained the problem and treatment clearly. Her staff is no less professional and followed up with clear explanations of treatment schedules; etc. I would recommend Dr Schechtmann to anyone who wants expertise above and beyond what I consider to be normal. It’s well beyond 5 stars.
Compassionate and loving staff and Dr was very professional and helpful to solving Bella’s eye issue. Surgery was on the same day and it was 100 percent success. I highly recommend it
Everyone was so kind and compassionate! From the gentleman at the front desk to the vet tech who wrapped my cat in a towel for comfort and control, to Dr Hamor who spoke softly and gently - this office is amazing! I generally get nervous with new medical or veterinary offices, but they immediately put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. They really made my day and I am grateful.
My cat Edgar LOVED the staff members. Diagnosis and treatment were both quick and easy.
