I was referred by my vet to this clinic due to my dog’s swollen eye. We saw Dr Carastro and really like her. From the time we walked into the clinic till time we left all the employees were very nice, polite and helpful. At no point did I feel uncomfortable with any of them holding my dog. She is a senior dog, about 17yrs old, and the diagnosis was not as great as I was hoping it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. All employees were super compassionate and understanding of my chihuahua. Very professional doctor who took the time to explain in detail the things my pup was experiencing. Thank you and WILL recommend to all my friends!
They did a satisfactory job on my dog with an injury he suffered. Just be aware, they will overcharge you up front and then issue a refund by check. Still waiting a month later. Nice facility though!
