Dr. Michael E Bernays was pompous and unprofessional and my experience at Animal Eye Services in Underwood was extremely distressing to say the least. He stopped my consultation part way through to see clients booked after me because he was running late, then he charged me for gonioscopy examinations that weren't conducted and at rates above that which I was quoted in the email.
