They really helped my dog. He had eye removal surgery, and the clinic did everything at the highest level.
I would do zero, but it is not an option. Needed to pick up an over the counter eye drop for my dog on an emergency basis. They refused to sell the product because I was not an existing client. With that approach they can bet I will never be a client.
I called today and spoke with frontdesk lady named Jennifer. This lady was so helpful and explained everything to me in a way that I was blown away how great her customer service is . I will be making an appt thanks to her. Thank you Jennifer for being helpful and caring.

My vet recommended I took my cat to be seen by a specialist. From the moment I called to make and appointment, to the day my cat had the surgery, everything was handled with so much professionalism and kindness. Everyone is really compassionate and my Petunia's eye has healed perfectly. Absolutely a great experience and I am very grateful to everyone at this location.
