This doctor Misdiagnosed my dog and prescribed 2 medications that made my dog’s eyes worse than when I took him there. The doctor couldn’t care less and said I have to pay again and come back for another diagnostic experimenting again not knowing if that is even going to work. Nice business model to keep charging people and make the situation worse so you keep coming back and paying them. Update *Called back after below response and they never got back to me.
Called to schedule an appointment but every office is booked, doesn't mention until when or next available, instead they offer to fit me in for an "urgent" visit, but it'll be $100 extra and I still NEED an appointment even though they said I might be waiting an hour. At the "appointment time" they start calling and texting me asking where I am. Never got any confirmation emails or text messages so I could reschedule or cancel or even confirm. I brought my little girl here for a corneal ulcer that was quite deep. initally i went with medical management to see how she improved before proceeding to surgery, the doctor prescribed the proper eye drops, and an oral antibiotic and pain medication. my dog has a history of cushings disease which causes these dogs to be more prone to renal complications, the vet asked me if she was being well managed and i said that she last had her labs done in the summer so i wasnt entirely sure but i did clarify that she wasnt being pro... read more
