Dr. Diaz and his staff are very professional and they took great care of our dog Bella.
I had a wonderful experience at this clinic today. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly — truly one of the best front desk experiences I’ve had. Her warm smile immediately put me at ease, which isn’t something you always feel when walking into a veterinary clinic. Amy, the veterinary assistant, was a lovely soul and made me feel very comfortable while I explained what was going on with my dog. Wow! This is the best experience I have ever had with any pet I have ever owned. I don’t live in Florida and I was traveling to SoFlo and a day before my dog got injured in the eye and Jen spent 40 min on the phone with me giving me tips and explaining to me what would happen and how to keep my Bluey calm. They had no appointments available and she made a miracle happen and got me in the next day as soon as I landed. The surgery went AMAZING and the results were phenomenal. They are the best. I was a little too much with them and they still treated my Layla (Golden Retriever) and myself in professional manner. Dr. Dias have helped Layla beyond what I paid for for FREE. I am so happy with the service and the respect they showed, despite my bad temper. God bless all
