OMG I am horrified at their poor customer service. I wanted to my retriever to get her eyes checked and I put 100 down. I attempted to call to reschedule twice the day before and no answer as their text said. Lady said their policy meant I forieghfeighted my 100. My car needed towing to get repairs. I attempted to negotiate including offered to pay for a full appointment and then asked to be credited 100 to my next appointment. They said no.
