Dr Kaiser is great, very informative and he calls you back if asked. Stella loves going to the clinic. The vet techs have always been nice. Terri is great to talk to.
My sweet Springer Spaniel, Tillie, recently had cataract surgery on both eyes with Dr. Kaiser and staff at the clinic. She can now see and play ball at our Montana home. Very responsive and caring group with an understanding of the trauma of travel, stress of visits, costs associated with surgery plus worry. Can’t thank the staff and Dr Kaiser enough. Our Cody had cataract surgery the end of January on both eyes and is doing great. He’s like a new dog! It was worth the drive to Spokane several times vs waiting for the local eye hospital to get him in. (Would have been March)

Dr. Riesberg is amazing! My vet was concerned that my cat might lose his eye because of an unknown infection and referred us promptly, and thankfully her aggressive treatment has assured that he kept his vision and his eye. The staff are all incredibly sweet and their fees are far less than I was expecting for a specialist.
It was discovered a couple months ago the Miss Sayde had a tumor in her left eye that was slow growing, but created her to become blind and it would continue to grow and burst, so with the guidance of Sheryl Blumenstein of Spokane Valley Animal Hospital and Meagan Bright of Legacy Animal Medical Center, we went and saw Jaycie Riesberg. We took our newly acquired stray kitty, Adolfo, to the clinic as suggested by our veterinarian in Wenatchee. His right eye was blind and bulging. The staff at the clinic was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The doctors took their time to explain and show us in detail what was wrong with his eye. It had to be removed and we were fortunate that the procedure could be taken care of the very same day. They were so accommodating and helpful and we can highly recommend them.
