Dr. Brown, Makenna, and team took wonderful care of my cat during his eye surgery. From the moment I dropped him off, they explained the entire process and kept me updated, calling me as soon as his surgery was complete. Makenna was incredibly patient and thorough when reviewing all of Oliver’s postoperative instructions, medications, feeding, and follow-up care, and she answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
