Derelict is the only word I can think of at this point. My dog HAD eye sight prior to taking the advice of this "dr". I'll live forever regretting the day we came here. On 4/27 my dog came here after keeping an autoimmune disease of the eyes in check for the previous 9 months. At first things seemed ok, she seemed smart & caring. The office staff here (Jessica? and Chris) are incredibly rude. We came here in October for a surgical consult with Dr. Stanz for our dog who developed diabetic cataracts. At the time, they recommended surgery. However, our dog has Diabetes, Cushings, and high blood pressure- all of which needed to be well regulated prior to going under anesthesia, so we scheduled a recheck 8 weeks out. They did a fantastic job taking care of our pug Louie! They got him in quick for surgery and he healed up great! Will definitely be going back for any future eye care needs!
Amazing staff! I was so impressed by my experience with everyone there. Even with the covid situation I still feel like my cat received excellent care and we'll informed on everything that was happening with him. the results of my cat's surgery are great and I'm so happy I went with Animal Eye Care of WNY. I really feel like they go the extra mile. I also think the cost is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you so much to the doctors and staff for taking such good care of Rory!
