Never, Ever Again!! If you can't pay everything up front, cash/credit they won't even give you the time of day. They want huge deposits before they will even examine your pet. They wanted $2,000 from me as a deposit just because my dog cut his leg. All the vet kept telling me was "Show me the bucks, show me the bucks". Horrible Place To Take Your Pet This place is horrible. Do not take your pet here they, they will rob you blind. Our pet was playing with the other two dogs that we have and hit the window. The glass shattered and there was a nasty cut on his leg. We rushed him here and after seeing that he was a pit bull the receptionist had to go to the back for a few minutes. Remember it is an after hours emergency clinic First this is an emergency vet clinic so it will cost you more than a regular vet. My male cat lost the use of his back legs at 8:30 pm and it was an emergency. He was in pain and it could not wait until the morning. From the time I walked in until I saw the vet was about 15 minutes and most of that time was filling out paperwork. They got right to him and it was not good. NEVER AGAIN April 24th, 2012 our cat was showing signs of a UTI. We took our cat in and the Vet told us that they could not get urine from our cat and needed to do xrays. They then proceedes to tell us that they believe that she was in kidney failure and needed to do blood work. Then after the blood work they told us she was in kidney failure. Worse Vet ever One night our cat can into the room not using one of his paws, he was protective of it and wouldn??t let us check it out, in addition it was inflamed. After arriving with our cat they spend almost 30 minutes to fill out paper work get out information and get a deposit of $75 just for a evaluation. Superior Service! Last night my pet was hit by a car and terribly injured.
