Unprofessional, unhelpful, uncompassionate, disorganized, incompetent. I needed an urgent prescription refill of my dog's eye medication and so I called late Friday night, got the approval of the on staff vet, and said I would pick it up the next day. I drove over half an hour the following day for the unhelpful receptionist to inform me that she had absolutely no idea whatsoever about the conversation or decision from the Friday shift.
