We've never received such poor service as we did from this so called 'emergency service'. Before receiving help on our second day of waiting, we were asked to sign a consent form and make pre payment for a 12 hour period, which totalled our bill to $4500 and strangely asked if we could pick our boy up around midnight, after stating, they're unaware of what may present that they consider more important or urgent. Thankyou to the whole team at Underwood Animal Emergency! I have been here a couple times and always the best care and help needed i recommend going their if your pet / pets are in need of an emergency.
Every time I’ve come to this place whether it’s for my own furry kids or found stray animals or even came in with animals that I found dead on the road & came in with them. They’ve always been understanding and supportive. They care about the animals in their care AND us as owners/people. 1000% recommend them.
So thankful to Animal Emergency Services Underwood who looked after my cat Loki during a recent middle of the night emergency. They were professional and knowledgeable and clearly laid out his treatment options which made me feel confident that he was in good hands. Loki is a super anxious cat and the staff showed genuine kindness to him throughout his stay in hospital and made sure that he was as calm and comfortable as possible. Highly recommended these guys for anyone needing an after hours vet.
