The staff at the animal emergency services at underwood are very professional and caring. The facilities are very clean. We had a non-urgent case and saw many loved pets rushed in and their needs attended too quickly and efficiently. We might have had a long wait for ourselves but we didn't mind waiting when so 1many other families were in very stressful situations when their loved pets were so unwell or hurt.
I felt very relieved after visiting for my dog. Thank you so much for your care and kindness
Great experience, pet looked after, and vets give a detailed run down and answered all questions regarding my concerns for the puppy. Would recommend going there to other members of family and friends if they need an emergency vet
They have looked after my dog efficiently on Sunday night. Everyone was so professional and friendly, and very supportive when my fur baby needs help. And the follow up care is so warm and makes me feel being cared. Now I know where to go when my baby has afterhoue emergency. Loved your work and keep it up!
