Staff are caring and professional, care provided is excellent. I never hesitant in bringing my pets here in an emergency.
The team at Animal Emergency Service Jindalee saved our girls life, and we could not be more grateful! Our Rottweiler, Charlie, experienced GDV and had to be rushed for emergency surgery, we were absolutely heartbroken and terrified. She was operated on quickly at Jindalee Animal Service, and is now recovering very well with all signs looking great. We thought we would lose her, but now Charlie gets to come to our wedding in a couple weeks. Thank you Ryan and the whole team, amazing work!!
Definitely one of the best places I have taken my animal. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The doctor I had spoken to about my animal was very nice as well ran me through the process, would recommend for your animals.
The staff here were so brilliant with our little sausage, Lara on 17/8/26. We suspected Lara was having a pancreatitis flare up so we phoned and came into AES. From our reception experience with Bianca and Meg to seeing Dr Cordelia, the staff were so kind, empathetic and thorough. A huge thank you to Dr Cordelia to discovering it was actually a cow hoof that had caused so much drama and for helping little Lara feel more comfortable!
