The team at the Animal Emergency Service Jindalee were very accommodating and helpful right from the first phone call. This was not only noticed towards myself but also showing the same care to other owners and pets that needed a little extra support to feel as comfortable as possible. They promptly diagnosed my pups issue and provided the medications needed on the spot with clear directions. Dr Clarabelle was very thorough in finding out what was wrong with my pup. I would definitely recommend to any pet owner.
They were very warm and welcoming considering the nature of their job,and Brutus got seen to and put back on the right track. Definitely if I need to go to a after hours vet this is the one I’ll choose hands down
The staff were amazing to deal with and provided great service and care to our dog who needed surgery overnight for a laceration to his paw. I highly recommend the Jindalee team.
