I cannot rate our family's recent experience at AES highly enough in support of our dog Penny on Saturday 27th September 2025. The front desk care staff veterinarians and assistants all provided us and Penny with a high level of caring support and knowledge during a very difficult and critical time for Penny and ourselves. Thanks so much Team you are all very much appreciated.💐 Thank you 🐾

We had to take our 11-month-old puppy, Lucky, to the emergency around 7am after he drank something that could have been poisonous. When we arrived, no one else was at reception but us. He was taken to triage and given back to us after about 10 minutes, with the reassurance that a vet would see us soon. Unfortunately, “soon” turned into over 2 hours of waiting. Hospital staff looked after our Cavoodle Molly after she ingested a toxin. We thought Dr Jill was very professional and caring while treating our little dog. It was reassuring when treatment found and removed the toxic substance. Staff were very clear on the costs and efficient in processing the insurance. We’re very happy to recommend the Animal Emergency Service.
