They were prompt in quickly assessing my dog, who ingested multiple different things. They kept me updated by phone frequently given I was away when this happened. Each interaction was friendly and informative. Most of all I could tell my dog was well taken care of.
I thought I was arriving at a AED for humans with the level of care, professionalism and facilities. The team were fantastic at attending to our Beagle Simba and immediately settled him and provided him with pain relief and comfort. The follow up by the Vet and Nurses post treatment was fantastic. Owners and their pets are in good hands here!

Thank you to all staff that assisted in getting him back on track.
