The staff were incredible in their medical expertise, customer service, communication, care and the love and attention she needed to survive a traumatic injury. I can’t thank the team enough. Knowing she was in such good hands gave me the hope and relief she had a chance to get through. I can’t recommend this service enough.
We rushed our GSD in believing she had a paralysis tick. The nurses and doctors listened to what we had to say, allowing us to be with her. She was treated not just for her illness (yes it was a tick) but as if she was family to each and everyone of them. Beautiful support for both our baby girl and us.
During a very stressful time AES supported, cared and treated Lloyd beautifully without fault, they continued to investigate into the early hours to get to the bottom of the situation then after diagnosis surgery was very quickly completed. I felt I was able to call for updates anytime and visit Lloyd after surgery with plenty of time afforded. I felt AES performed extremely professionally and that Lloyd was in the best place he could be whilst he was so unwell. Thank you for being there for us AES
