Very happy with the care my fur baby received at Moonah’s AES - Eloise took care of my girl’s sore tummy and followed in the week to make sure it was improving. I don’t wish an emergency visit on anyone’s pet but these hives will look after you if it’s needed!!
Can't thank the team at AES enough for the outstanding care they provided our dog, Blizzard. He became very ill late one night, and when we arrived, we were immediately met with compassion and professionalism. The vet and techs were so attentive, explaining every step and answering all of our questions with such patience. They truly went above and beyond to make a scary situation feel manageable. We are so grateful for their incredible care and highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency vet services.
Just had our family dog of 10 years put to sleep Wednesday morning after he became extremely unwell suddenly and the Vet who was with us was so kind, patient and understanding. He also spent time explaining what was happening and reassured everyone on the hardest decision we had to make. They are now helping us with his memorial and so far everyone I have spoken to has been incredible. Thank you for taking care of Felix.
