These guys have always taken such great care of my pets. The staff are friendly, understanding and genuinely care about the animals. I have no hesitation in taking any of my pets here in an emergency.
AES took great care of our dog who needed overnight treatment and monitoring recently. We’ve used AES’ services a few times and we always feel good knowing our pup will be well looked after overnight. Being one of the few after hours options in Tasmania for injured wildlife also means that a lot of time and effort goes into the treatment of sick and injured animals that have no owners to pay for their treatment. For this reason alone I’m very grateful for AES.
Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaned up my anxious dogs pee on the floor with a joke and smile.
