Vet Jodi and the vet nurses are so lovely and kind, and really amazing at their jobs. I felt so reassured and like my kitty was in the best hands possible. She made a full recovery with no issues, and all the staff made sure to keep me in the loop with all possible options x
We had a bit of a scare with our little girl Freyja, she had a swollen paw, nothing dramatic I know, but a worry to us just, the same. Tamika was so amazing, she was gentle and kind, even though, rushed of her feet, she treated everyone with such patients, and absolute empathy, she put our mind at ease, immediately. Jodi our vet, was so on point, she was gentle, and made Freyja, feel comfy, and immediately got what the problem was, she never made us feel silly for bringing her to emergency for such a small issue. An amazing emergency vet. The doctor gave a really thorough diagnosis and also went above and beyond to accomodate to my dog, who is reactive to other dogs. All of the staff were so lovely, one of them called a taxi for me since my phone died. Thank you so much Tanawha AES Vet for taking such good care of my boy!
