Choking pup and within less then 10mins we were on our way. They were able to retract what he was choking on and he could breathe clearly again. Amazing care. Very professional and caring.
The care , compassion and detailed updated information delivered ongoing during treatment was 2nd to none. My little girl Truffles presented at Emergency with an unknown illness and we couldn’t have been in better hands. Truffles had her diagnosis and will have ongoing treatment. On her discharge she was wearing a super cute Care Bear bandanna…. The little things mean the most in a stressful situation.
The vet listened attentively, then explained the planned procedure. Before commencing they calculated the costing. The testing commenced after my approval. My Groodle was well cared for with the tests promptly conducted. She was then returned to me while waiting for the results -approximately 30 minutes. The longest wait time was the request for pre approval by my pet’s insurance company. The vet thoroughly explained the results and provided an extensive report that included recommendations. The staff here were so great during such a stressful time. The triage process was very efficient and we were seen really quickly for a Saturday night! The care our dog received was excellent. Thanks to everyone at the clinic for their patience and kindness.
Absolutely the best vet experience I’ve ever had! They treated my dog, Pudim, like family and treated me with the same kindness and respect. Every single staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely cared. The next day, they even checked in to see how Pudim was doing. True compassion and world-class service!
