They are wonderful at this animal hospital. We came home last night and it looked like our 17 year old cat Simba was having a stroke so we rushed him here thinking we were going to have to put him to sleep. We waited a couple of minutes and then we were taken into a patient room. The veterinarian asked us what was going on and went to evaluate our Simba. If you love your animals more than anything in this world, AVOID THIS PLACE! I’m a former vet assistant and seeing how disgustingly money hungry this vet office is makes me so angry. I went there crying my eyes out for 2 days straight trying to save my sick and dying dog, and they barely batted an eye. All they cared about was how much money they could squeeze out of me. This place this has receptionist who are so unprofessional. Also, they suggest to do every diagnostic test, even when the cause of the problem is known. They just want to get your money. They gave my cat medication without my consent, and expected me to pay for it. I have a negative balance and all of a sudden they can’t seem to find why I have a negative balance.
