Had to put my pet down, called and was told it would be $300ish- I get there and it's a little cheaper! AMAZING! (I thought) I put my animal down and don't even get the choice to stay with them or not given they might have to inject their heart (I've always been given the option to stay or not) and then as I'm in the parking lot crying, I get told texted I owe another $90 for sedation that they missed. Took my dog to the emergency animal clinic because he got cut during a grooming in his scrotum area so the doctor was very good clean them up and also ordered a prescription for antibiotics the prescription he gave me was a liquid antibiotic so I request a pill form went up to pick up the pill form they gave me pain medication instead of the antibiotic. Dr. Kuklock and the team showed tremendous compassion during a difficult and stressful time. We were kept well informed throughout the process and treated with genuine empathy from start to finish. I highly recommend Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota!

My boyfriend Steven and I brought our cat, Babies, to Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota during the night because he had a sore on his leg. It was not busy when we arrived. In fact, we were the only people sitting in the waiting room. I also want to make something very clear: Babies was already under the care of his primary veterinarian and was actively undergoing treatment. Was very concerned about my pets well being and ready to take them to AERC, but after briefly explaining the situation to Jaydn on the phone, she told me it was ok to monitor for the rest of the night and only bring her in if it gets worse. That is very respectable in todays day and age. AERC is where I will bring my pet in the event of an emergency, thank you!
