Caring and kind-hearted people. We took our ten year old Bichon into the hospital on Sunday. He was in critical condition, acute internal hemorrhaging...he was dying. He died in my husband's arms. We were devastated. The doctor and staff were understanding, kind and patient with us. The doctor was knowledgeable, honest and forthcoming. If you have a very sick pet, this is where you want to go.
Thank you so much to Doctor/Veterinarian Beth Ross. We had to bring in our 8 month old cockatiel Mena in because she was attacked by our kitten. Of course getting through the initial paperwork and financial responsibilities is challenging, however beyond that, the vet techs and Dr Ross were very caring, compassionate and honest. my cat was out of food and i have given her some fish in oil and i called the pet hospital and the told me to take it away and give her some boilled chicken till i get some food for her thanks tech Kelly
