Brought my sweet girl, Jackie Chan, to them in at around 11:30PM. As soon as I got there, they saw she was unresponsive and immediately took her back there to begin assessing her. She was diagnosed with HCF which is a bit odd since she's only 2, but they provided her with the best care that I've ever gotten with a pet. The staff here are amazing and doctors are even better! My 14 year old chihuahua Caddie that has cancer had a seizure last Sunday morning I rushed her in and the staff came running into the lobby and got her from me and took her straight into the back. Once they got her stabilized the doctor came and told me everything that could be wrong why this happened what test needed to be done and step by step what was going to be done to my Caddie. I think they listened to me about symptoms and are open 24/7. My pets get sick only on the weekends. And they’ll never turn you down like my neighbor vets does constantly. They say theyre open on weekends but just try to get service on weekends.
As a first time pet owner, I didn't know places like this existed. It's an actual emergency room/ clinicMy Shadow got sick at about 11pm. The staff was great and caring. As far as pricing, you really can't put a price on a loved one. But we got the basic diagnostics and paid 180 full diagnostics range but starting at 250.00. Unfortunately our Shadow didn't make it, they gave us as much time as we liked before he was euthanized.
