As a first time pet owner, I didn't know places like this existed. It's an actual emergency room/ clinicMy Shadow got sick at about 11pm. The staff was great and caring. As far as pricing, you really can't put a price on a loved one. But we got the basic diagnostics and paid 180 full diagnostics range but starting at 250.00. Unfortunately our Shadow didn't make it, they gave us as much time as we liked before he was euthanized.
Refused to see a dying kitten because I couldn't afford to pay and they said I didn't qualify for surrending him because he wasn't "bad enough". I told them we had no money and was willing to do a fundraiser or surrender him and they told me to put him on a heating pad and if he made it overnight to bring him to a primary vet. Horrible clinic. We were willing to sign him over because he's suffering but they didn't care without money. Ms. DeltaDawn woke up with an Anal Gland Abscess today. The wait sign was 4-5 hrs for non-emergency but fortunately we were seen in 2hrs. Poor baby was uncomfortable and they did a great and kind job of fixing her up. I can’t thank y’all enough!
