Had to take our dog at 2 AM. Knew it was her time. very professional and courteous staff Drs and the techs were compassionate. Reasonable costs considering 24 hr emergency service.
If I could give yall zero stars I would....just called about a medical emergency involving my pet. The girl you have currently as your receptionist hung up the phone on me. Ended up going to another vet...this happened less than an hour ago....
We had a ferret emergency one night. I called them and they said they had never dealt with one before, but they would have a look and do their best to help our little girl. As soon as we got there, they took her back to work on her. They did their very best and saved her! Thank God for them! They called every day to give an update.
This place is a joke and a Mano ply of sorts!!!! My child was told she had nothing wrong with her and then my regular vet said she had blood cancer after paying for this business to tell me literally nothing!!!!!! Nothing after $1500!!!? They are the only place within a 30 mile radius for emergency vets. I’m now creating a team to change this very soon!!!!! I’m working with several vets in this area that are doing much to change this as well. But something has to be done!!!!!!!
I brought my cat in and was checked in right away. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. There was a long wait due to more critical cases that were brought in after me, but my cat was still seen quite quickly. She was treated overnight and ready to go home the next morning. While the cost was higher, it was expected for emergency care.
