At 3:30am a week ago my cat had a medical episode and we tried to rush him here to help him pass peacefully through euthanasia, but he passed on the car ride there. They assisted us with cremation services and allowed us to say goodbye in a private room with as much time as we needed. They gave us a clay mold of his paw print. Thank you for treating our cat with kindness and dignity.
I really wish I could give them NEGATIVE stars! They are VERY rude and only interested in you if you can pay up front. They charge $170 just for the examination and won’t do it unless they know you can pay it. Charge overnight $90 every 6 or 12 hours(can’t remember exactly) not 24 hours. Sent my dog home SEVERELY dehydrated she couldn’t even stand up on her own. so I had to bring her back and pay $1,200 AGAIN when I got her back out. FOR FLUIDS??? This place is a rip off and is overpriced for the shitty care.
This animal hospital always treated my Shih Tzu with kindness. I miss her so much 😭 I had to put her down on August first because of a fatal uterine infection called: Pyometra. Thank all of you so much for the love and kindness that you all showed Misty! It’s truly appreciated! Dog owners: If you have not had your babies spayed, please please please do so! Everyone needs to know about this disorder (Pyometra).
My cat was having breathing issues, so we brought her here. We tried a different Emergency vet last time, and we were put off by the price (one night there was over half the cost of my cats multi night stay at AERC). ER vets are never cheap, but for the service quality and care you / your pet get here, I feel the prices are more justified. Before you receive services, you are given different price based options.
