Terrible & Money Hungry! They are preying on people who love their pets because they know these people will pay! My dog just needed some stitches, he wasn't even bleeding. I called beforehand and they said to fill out the form online so we wouldn't have to wait as long. They make you wait in your car once you get there. After telling them we were there, they made us wait for almost TWO HOURS before anyone even came to the car. They didn't even look at my my dog, they just said they needed payment. Told one thing on the phone and something different in person. Unfriendly staff was even somewhat argumentative. Bad vibes. Didn't trust them with our puppy.
Brought my cat on Monday, she wasn't eating or drinking, immediately $90.00 only for the check in. After two hours waiting $500.00 only for diagnosis. They asked us if we wanted to leave her in the clinic for treatment, asked $5,800 for 3 days, promising to pay back if they were able to fix the problem within the timeframe. They called me after 3 days saying that to keep the cat another day they would charge me another $800.00. I went and picked my kitty up and brought her home.
