I highly recommend this service if you have a pet that needs emergency care. I took my elderly dog for treatment for a burst abscess on her leg, the staff were so lovely to her (and me). They took into account that she’s very old with a few serious medical problems and kept checking on her while we were waiting to be seen. The vet was amazing! So kind and caring. A fantastic team!
I could not speak more highly of this practice. The staff are exceptional! They are honest, dedicated professionals providing an outstanding level of service. My experience with them was nothing short of great. If you ever find yourself in an emergency situation with your pet, the Launceston Animal Emergency Hospital is the best place to be.
Great emergency vet! Staff on the phone initiallly were very friendly, empathetic, and professional. Explained everything up front. Didnt have to wait too long on arrival. Vet who saw my kitty was awesome, gave great advice and left me (and my cat!) feeling much better about the situation. I thouroughly recommend them to anyone who finds their furbaby needing help after hours. Shame i can only rate 5 stars..
Kindness throughout the Middle of the night time stress. They came through with respect for the owner and the fur baby. No rush whilst we had an anxious dog. Highly recommend. Thank you.
After 2 visits in one week with a very sick little cocker spaniel, I cannot fault the vets, vet nurses and reception staff for their knowledge, compassion and care- not just toward the pets, but their owners as well. Despite how incredibly busy they are and the fact that they are seeing pets and their owners at their lowest points, all of the staff still showed such genuine compassion and kindness.
