Kindness throughout the Middle of the night time stress. They came through with respect for the owner and the fur baby. No rush whilst we had an anxious dog. Highly recommend. Thank you.
After 2 visits in one week with a very sick little cocker spaniel, I cannot fault the vets, vet nurses and reception staff for their knowledge, compassion and care- not just toward the pets, but their owners as well. Despite how incredibly busy they are and the fact that they are seeing pets and their owners at their lowest points, all of the staff still showed such genuine compassion and kindness. Pitifully all the people on when I went in were more interested in laughing in the backroom and as 5 different people walked past me and my very ill companion all I got was sorry for the wait I had to go to another vet where I ended up having to put by baby of 13 years down . No thanks to this disgusting no care so called animal hospital
I’m somewhat of a frequent flyer here… I wish I wasn’t! But every time I have been the staff have been amazing, I can’t rate them highly enough.
