They made me wait 3 hours, spent less than 15 mins with my cat, charged me $300 and sent me home with a cup to get a urine sample (which is impossible). If they hadn't ignored us so long, they would have gotten a sample amd actually offered me an explanation. They basically just took $300 from me and did nothing. Now I can't afford to take him to a vet to actually tell me what's wrong with him.

I work in private practice and know first hand how high stress of an environment it can be and I don’t work late hours or deal with high emotions of people worried about their fur babies. The waiting room was full, I could tell there was sadly a euthanasia taking place in the clinic and also that people were not being very kind on the phone. First time patients, We had to rush in from the farm with a emergency. The care was TOP NOTCH! Unfortunately we got a call at 1:30am with some very bad news. The Dr on graveyard shift and the other lady we spoke to so early in the morning were very caring took there time to let us make a very hard decision. When I went back to pick up my beloved dogs ashes the lady was so patient and caring through all my tears and just gave me the best hug! They truly care! We will go back as a regular.
