Took our dog in at 7:30 for tests and they didn't get to her till 3:30. Was a referral from my vet. Gave her to us vomiting and diarrhea and still out of it with sedation.I asked the doctor what to do and he said ask your vet. Very bad experience.
We are so grateful for the emergency care our sweet girl received! She usually likes to hang out in our front yard flower beds and doesn’t leave our yard, when I found her after just seeing her an hour prior I thought she had been hit by a car because she couldn’t use her hind legs and was crying. I took our sick kitty here a few days ago. The vet and the front staff were so incredibly nice and compassionate towards what was going on. The vet kept us fully informed, and did not pressure us into any decisions or treatment plans. The pricing is very clear and easy to understand. When on vacation in Revelstoke my Boston /pug got sick. We rushed her to revelstoke vet and were told it was either a twisted lung or aspirated pneumonia. We asked for them to send info to our vet at Cedarwood vet in red deer. We called Cedarwood and they said rush her to nearest vet asap. So we drove 3 hours to Kamloops which was recommended by Cedarwood and Revelstoke vets. They immediately told us when we arrived in Kamloops that they couldn’t do much for her but get her stable.
