I called to try to get my dog, who was diagnosed with a life threatening uterine infection, pyometria, the care she needed and I was told they could fit me in about 2 weeks. So, after she’s dead… how is this an emergency vet?!? Ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The WORST vet I have ever been to. Brought my dog in at 11:30 pm on a Monday night for a constant cough and choking as well as excessive non-stop drooling all down her neck. We were the only car in the entire parking lot. Called in and was told to wait while my dog's files were entered and someone would be right out to get her. An hour later still sitting in the parking lot- nothing. So I called back and they sent someone out. 12:30am they grab her and say she will be looked at, and that ... read more

This clinic took my injured kitty in and got him to feeling better very quickly, considering how unexpectedly busy they became. They also had a great treatment plan of action that I just could not afford, however, they revised and worked the most important pieces to the recovery to be within all I had to afford for him to get after-hours care... Although this would have been much less expensive at our vets office, I couldn't plan that it was too urgent to wait for our appt (which was only 12 hours away). So kudos to the enti... read more

Overall, the care at this facility is good. They are a very busy, short staffed, 24 hr emergency facility. You will wait a long time to be seen based on the severity of your pets emergency. With that said, some of the doctors are wonderful. Others not so much. Dr. Anderson is kind, compassionate, and relates to her clients and patients on a human level. She is professional and not a jaded robot. Her technician Trudey is also first class in kindness and ability. Dr Booth however, is Im sure, a very competent veterinarian, but... read more

Wouldn’t even give them a star if I could!! Took my cat in for an ear infection, stuffy nose and swollen eye and got ZERO ANSWERS! They shaved over an incision on my cats shoulder and opened it more and didn’t apply any ointment to it or even tell me that they did it, didn’t clean my cats face at all! I got him home and out of the cage and his face was worse than it was before I took him in…Offered no answers, no medication, no IV for hydration, just pushing us to run “tests.” This place just wants your money and could care ... read more
