We took our puppy there because we thought she broke her leg they told my wife it looks fractured it might heal but probably not so see our vet didn’t say she needed to be seen immediately I booked a appointment with a orthopedic and they were booked til today she said they didn’t tell u it was urgent she needed surgery so here it is 3 weeks later and now my puppy has a slight outcome to have a decent leg and will probably have to have her leg cut off so unhappy is a understatement and extremely pissed off puppy mom we came ... read more

We recently had to take our German Shepherd to Animal Emergency Clinic. We called on the way there and they were extremely thorough and kind in finding out what was going on. We did have to stay in our car due to COVID, but Katie made the experience super smooth and bearable. She gave us continuous updates on not only the wait time but on how and what our dog was doing inside. She was a calming voice when we were super stressed about the situation. I had to bring my Doxie in and they were awesome. Normally I would wait to take him to his regular vet but he was in such pain. They saw him right away and gave him the meds he needed.

The other night I had to make a late night trip to Animal Emergency Clinic of Springfield. These veterinary professionals were complete strangers to me and my ailing kitty but they were so caring and compassionate. I had to put my sweet kitty, Reagan, down and they were so nice and made the process so much more tolerable. They also mailed me a nice card and personally wrote messages to me. Had to wait in my car which was hard but the friendly staff made it so much easier. The way he handled my dog left me feeling like he was in good hands. Fast service and diagnosis and my puppy is feeling much better.
Very caring and supportive when I had to put my dog down.
I’ve been here on more than one occasion. I just love the attention to care they have given my kitties ❤️
