I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel other pet owners deserve to know about our experience. We brought our dog here around 2:30 am because he was extremely lethargic and had vomited multiple times. The veterinarian came into the room appearing very tired, rubbing his eyes and yawning. We were told to leave our dog there, and when we picked him up, we were told he was doing fine. Our dog was so lethargic that we took him to our regular veterinarian about an hour later. Highly recommend Dr Cooper and his staff. Our 7week puppy suddenly became lethargic and wobbly on his feet. I called around 6pm and was advised to bring him in. Dr Cooper walked us through every step of testing explaining the costs and reasons for doing the tests. He also went above and beyond to make sure we had the needed medication for our sweet baby. He even called the following day to check on him. If you are in need of an emergency vet or routine vet, Dr Cooper is the best!
I hesitated to come here bc of the rating but found the negative reviews were mainly about cost. Any emergency/after hours medical care is going to be costly. The staff is rightly compensated for working those kind of hours. Emergency room visits for people are very expensive even with insurance. We had an excellent experience & I'm glad we stopped here. I need to thank the staff and the Dr. Cooper, Dr Franklin, there was a 3r Dr. All 3 was excellent. This wasn't Say'Dee 1st time being treated there. The care my fur baby got I cant thank yall enough. Dr. Franklin thank you so much.
Dr Susan is excellent! Incredibly patient and informative and you can just feel that she loves animals!
