Took my dog there this mourning, they acted like they were doing me a favor to look at Maggie, then I went to pay with my debit card, they said it was declined, so I paid cash which is what they wanted, lied to me about my debit card as I used it 15 min after I left there to buy gas. You ever felt like you got ripped off, if you have you know how I feel, never ever plan to go there and get ripped off again.

I had a good experience here considering the circumstances. It was after midnight and a car had hit my baby Ginger. We drove her to West Monroe because there is no emergency facility in Monroe. I was upset and crying when we arrived. The staff was kind, greeted us upon arrival and immediately took Ginger for examination while I filled out her paperwork. The Dr. came out shortly and explained her injuries and was very patient with me while explaining our options and her chances of recovery. We were not able to save her, but t... read more

Dr. Franklin took the time to explain what exactly was wrong with our Dachshund, Gumbo..and went over the options available to treat him....very kind and considerate....even though it was late when I called, Adam was very helpful and professional....both of them couldn't have been nicer and put my mind at ease

My collie had suffered a traumatic pneumothorax when we brought him to this clînic. When we asked Dr. R to do everything she could to save him,she coldly told us that he wouldn't make it thru the night. Did Dr. R try to seal the puncture wound? Nope. Did Dr. R try to drain the fluid from his lung? Nope. Did Dr. R use a pulse oximetry to monitor the oxygen level in his blood? Nope. She basically put him on oxygen and hoped for the best, never giving him a fighting chance. He died 5 hours later. We wer't even allowed to stay wi... read more

We had to take our older cat to be euthanized due to severe health issues that could not be treated. This was late at night and the staff fielded the call very professionally and were very courteous and thoughtful considering the nature of our visit. When we arrived they worked efficiently to obtain our information and then treated the situation with respect and patience. It probably didn't hurt that I was crying softly but even then they took time out to supply me with tissue without saying inappropriate comments but by jus... read more
