We had to bring our beloved Cane Corso there when he was in distress from bloat. They treated him with extreme care and immediately got him back for an exam and ex-ray. They were extremely compassionate, thoroughly explained the seriousness of situation, gave us the options, and allowed us to make the most compassionate decision for our boy. I cannot say enough about how professional, kind, compassionate and understanding they were. The care they showed helped us through this extremely heartbreaking situation.
Absolutely horrific place and zero care for animals, just recharging you for money and your animal comes at the very end if you can't do your job right then just say so instead of doing absolutely nothing and pretend like you did all you could omg !!!!
If there were no stars, I would give you zero. You charged me over $1,000 and I still don’t know what you did for my cat. He was sick before the visit, but he got worse afterwards and then died. Do not take your pet there. I will do my best to sue you — just wait.

The vets and front desk staff couldn't have taken better care of our sweet senior dog during her recent stay with AHEC. Even though it was a holiday weekend and they were slammed, we never felt rushed and were always able to go back and see our dog when we were there. Dr. Medina, in particular, really took the time to explain what was going on, the pros and cons of the proposed treatment, and what the treatment would mean for her health going forward.
