Veterinarian on call laughed when I was worried about my cat's health problems and suggested I return the cat and get a better one. Talked down to me about my cat's previous vet. Charged very high prices.
My girl sadly passed, but when I tell you the compassion, the care, the understanding that comes from the entire team. Including the vet techs. My girl had been dealing with ongoing health issues and they sat and listened to my whole ramble about how we can help safe her. Unfortunately she was to far gone but they put their care into her like she was their own. Thank you guys for everything you do. SKIP THIS PLACE IN AN EMERGENCY. Took my dog for an emergency. No doctor available they referred me to another emergency vet that was closed. Took my pet the next day and no services rendered without paying $2500 for “diagnostic test” before the cost of treatment. What is the $164 fee for? To sit in the lobby? I’ve gone to an emergency vet before and the fee included the diagnostic testing. Could not afford the testing. Had a true emergency with bringing our giant schnauzer in as he swallowed a ball and was choking. We rushed him in and they took him back right away and got it out. HUGE shoutout to Erica as she decided to not even wait for anesthesia and grabbed the ball. She truly saved his life and we are SOOOO thankfully and appreciative.
Less than one star. Sat in an exam room for over two hours before I walked back to the front. They never came to get my paperwork and completely forgot about me. Mean while my dog can’t use her back two legs properly and is in extreme pain. The lady at the front couldn’t even be honest about the fact they forgot I was there.
