Exceptional. I use them as my vet as well as having needed their hospital services in an emergency.
Today, I took my German shepherd thinking she had a problem with her leg. Never did I expect to find out what was really wrong. Dr Cole Centers and the staff were honest, compassionate and patient with us while weighing our options. We ended up having to euthanize our sweet baby and they couldn’t have been more accommodating when giving us time with her and explaining everything. Animal Hospital & Emergency Clinic Conroe was more concerned with billing than listening to the customer. My first estimate for my puppy was over $1,800. After I specifically declined blood work and requested ONLY X-rays, they still refused to lower the $681 X-ray charge. Before discussing pricing with me, they immediately put my puppy in an oxygen chamber and started an IV. Then they charged me for it. I cannot say enough about Skyler grooming my dogs. I have a variety of rescue dogs including several with special needs. She does a great every time! It is so easy to drop them off at the clinic where I get all of my dog and cat care!
Dr. Costa and Ho are absolutely the best vet team ever!! Highly recommend
