Brought my dog in because he had 2 seizures in one day, never had them previously. I have been waiting for 3 hours, they charged me $130 for the consultation already, but I haven’t even left the waiting room. They haven’t treated my dog because he’s not currently having a seizure, there are rooms available, and the people ahead of me are visiting their pet who was already treated
We arrived around 2:30. We were admitted by 3:00 pm. We saw the doctor and told what they were going to do for treatment by 3:30 pm. At 4:50 pm I went to the front desk and said I think we were forgotten about. 15 minutes later a technician said that we were forgotten about and apologized and then explained the treatment plan and bill which was different than the doctor told us. 15 minutes later another person came in and went over an amended treatment plan. I will never go back the doctor was a joke she never checked my puppy I got a bill for $383.00 and my dog is still sick. They wanted to charge me another $600.00 for x-rays and to change the medicine.
