AEC cares about the animals, they are budget conscious and upfront about pricing (very much not cheap: $175 exam fee as of writing) but are most concerned about identifying the problem and putting the animals needs first. Each member of the staff seem to enjoy their job and speak confidently in what they know and don’t know. A doctor 24/7 is hard to come by. Especially one that really listens to all the details. We are on a 0% interest payment plan for 12mo. Puppy is much happier.

Staff was very compassionate and professional. I thank them for that. My only problem was I stood at the door with a dog that was seizing for 10 minutes because your doorbell didn't work. FIX your doorbell.

A little over an hour later the doctor finally came in to talk to us, they hadn't began treating her yet. She said they were going to do x rays, we had to pay $250+ before they proceded. Once paid, the doctor disappeared for 2+ hours. During that time 4 other customers came in with their pets. When the doctor came back, she said they didn't know what was wrong with her but she wanted to put some fluid under her skin and give he... read more
