We went to the O’Fallon location. Our dog Winnie jumped through a barb wire fence while shed hunting. They got us in right away and were super sweet. They found an even bigger laceration we had missed. The vet was amazing and so was the nurse Sam. We paid the lowest amount of the quote range up front but were pleasantly surprised after the procedure that Sam said they owed US some money back. That is five star service if you ask me. The staff were patient and provided a great level of care when I recently brought my dog Sadie in for an emergency visit. They even took the time to notify Sadie’s primary Vet after. Highly recommend!
They treated my Boy like a star. He was called a good boy, distinguished gentleman, and even told that he should model.
The entire staff was kind, compassionate and sensitive to us when we made an emergency visit with my daughter’s very sick cat. They gave us 3 treatment options to guide us with a difficult decision. In the end, we had to say goodbye to our beloved friend. As heartbreaking as it was, I knew he had received the very best care. The staff was beyond patient and respectful throughout the entire ordeal.
