Our 4 month old puppy was showing signs of Parvo. We were really scared and didn’t know what to do. My senior girl became sick with GI issues so I took her in. I had a vet appt the following day but she was very uncomfortable and warm so I decided to go the same evening. This is a drive-up situation where you wait in your car. I didn’t mind waiting in my car as she behaves better without me there, as most animals do. I had a great experience at AEC with my dog who ate too many chewable Rimadyl pills. The staff and vet were very professional, compassionate and easy to talk to. I called several times for follow up care and had excellent communication with each staff every time I called. The service was quick and the process ran smoothly. Thank you for providing outstanding service!
I brought my dog in for care and returned within 24 hours due to worsening symptoms, including difficulty breathing and refusal to eat or take medication. During the second visit, I expressed concern about his breathing (including neck extension while trying to breathe), but was told he appeared fine and no issue could be identified.
