My dog was attacked this morning - waited 4 hours to be seen - nothing happened. Was told 4.5 hours later that it’s going to be another 2-3 hours. All we need is pain meds and anti inflammation meds as it seems that the bite didn’t puncture the first layer of epidermis. They didn’t administer him any pain meds or anything. We are on the way to Yokine who are willing to administer meds while we wait. I’m sorry but I’m not coming back here ever again. Could not thank the team here enough for the fast work they put in to stabilising my puppy for transfer to another clinic despite being closed. I came in with my puppy Oscar who had sustained some bad injuries and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and that the clinic he was moving to was aware of his situation and impending arrival. I've used this service twice the first time they were unbelievable and helped me through the decision to having to have my dog euthanasia. That time I would have given them a 5 out 5. This time they were rude and abrupt and keep pushing me for a decision on my dog having surgery which cost me $3250 for under 3 hours work to stitch up a clear wound. Not happy as I don't like RUDE and ARROGANT people ☹️☹️

Nurses are so sweet they will honestly make you cry in happiness. Unsure on their names but there was three girls who were treating our dog, talking to us with so much respect and giving us constant updates, allowed us to call whenever throughout the night and photos were sent whenever we asked. Knowing our little girl was in the best care made it so much more of an ease to sleep at night. This kind of service needs to be recognized you don’t get this anywhere else anymore. Forever will be my go to emergency vet
