We had to take our dog, Marshall in for emergency care on Mother's Day. From the start, they were kind to us. Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to put him down. They gave us all the time we needed. They were comforting and understanding. They sent us a thoughtful card with his nose and paw prints in it; it was unexpected and beautiful. For being complete strangers to them, they didn't make us feel like that.
On the evening of May 3,2026, our beloved bischon, Luna was attacked by a much larger dog and critically injured. After being refused by 3 other emergency hospitals, we finally got her to Watsontown. The staff assessed and stabilized her while offering us a private room to decompress while waiting for updates. Dr.Jasmine Hoffman and her team were fast, compassionate and professional.
