Showed up at 6:30pm with my dog they would not let us go in when they did the exam they expect you to wear a mask they said that one of there Vets has a weak ammune system after 5 hours I asked for my dog they refused to give me my dog back saying they could not release him back to me until the vet spoke to me over the phone my dog needed blood drawn and a EKG after having to call the police they finally released my little buddy back to me he was really dehydrated took him home and inside the house and now has a baseball si... read more

Very unprofessional an no patience towards animals also cremated my moms dog without giving her a paw print that she was promised
RecommendedThe staff was very informative and empathic. They worked with me when discussing ways to stay in my budget, and they were honest with me when a good outcome didn't seem likely. I was able to be with my 13 year old Yorkie when she passed. The tech who had to go in and out of the clinic to have me sign paperwork, was also very compassionate. And the vet who cared for my dog, Bunny, explained all the care options and provided knowledge and comfort during and after she passed. They were not only rude and unsympathetic to my daughter and her boyfriend, they charged them EXTRA to be in the room when it was decided to put him to sleep! Are you kidding me?! That is just taking advantage of already very emotional people! HORRIBLE way to do business in this line of work! ZERO STARS!!!😡
The worst experience ever don’t take ur pet here for nothing they r rude inconsiderate not compassionate rude and just makes prices as they go I brought my 5month puppy in for a possible case of parvo instead of them trying to save him the lady came outside and told me it would be 500$ I was ok with that to give him fluids then the dr called rude and irate and said they would euthanize him for free when I asked for them to bring my dog back out to the car they called back and said he coded no compassion no I’m sorry for the ... read more
My dog received care from this facility last night and our experience during a scary time was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and very informative. They made sure to stay in my budget range all while giving my dog the most appropriate care needed. We hope we never have to come back, but if something like this ever happens again we know where we will go. 🙂
