They never made an x-ray of my cat's throat and I specifically stated that he was having a gagging problem. Called them today and they stated that the vet didn't feel it was necessary to x-ray his throat. They also took two x-rays of exactly the same body area (torso) when one would have done. Charged me 750.00 for everything and did not do a thing but tell me to take him to my regular vet.
