The staff here helped us this morning through a very catastrophic health issue and difficult decision. Sadly, it was decided that the best thing for our labrador retriever was to let her go. I’m really happy with the service I received today. They laid out all of my options very clearly, gave me so much information about my cat’s condition, and advice on how to manage his symptoms at home. They were so much more helpful than my primary vet and even offered several recommendations for new primary vets I could try. I can’t imagine doing what these people do. I literally cried twice in the lobby just seeing what other people were dealing with.
While my experience was not one of joy given the circumstances, they worked hard to ease my sweet pets passing, and to comfort me. I deeply appreciate the kindness I was shown, and how gentle they were with both my pet, and me. Thank you for all you guys do - it's a difficult and often thankless job, and yall are so appreciated.
I went to the AEC last night for my pup who tore her ACL. The staff there was so nice and very understanding. No matter who they talked to or what type of situation a patient was in for they treated everyone so kindly. Some people had been there a long time and the staff was so understanding about client’s frustrations and remained polite all through out. I had never been here before but I felt great knowing my pup was in good hands!
Nurse Bridget and Dr. Humphrey were God sent. They performed a minor procedure and I wasn’t able to afford the full cost and God touched their hearts to be lenient with me. I recommend this place to anybody. They actually care about God‘s creatures.
