One of the most condescending and rude phone consults I've ever experienced anywhere, was this place tonight, on 9/3/21. If you dont care that an animal is in trouble or very likely dying, you shouldn't work there. No help at all. No suggestions, no advice, just a person who clearly was annoyed by my call. Our kitten will most likely have to be put down tomorrow, so sad!
