My husband and I would like to say a huge thank you to the team they helped our baby marmont who had an object stuck in his small intestines and had to have surgery . We were worried about him yesterday and the nurse was able to fit us in for an appointment in the evening ( beyond grateful for that) the vet that saw marmont she did bloods and could tell something was not right with him she sent us straight to Casey emergency vet where he had his surgery. Absolutely 100% recommend this place! The staff are incredibly wonderful and caring. They genuinely go above and beyond by following up and checking in on your animal, which means so much. The service is just all around lovely. I always see Kerry, who is so knowledgeable and truly listens to every word and concern I have. My dog has been through IVDD surgery, and throughout that entire process Kerry and the rest of the staff at the Animal doctors Officer were unbelievably supportive.
